WORKSHOPS INFORMATION 

KIDS WORKSHOPS @ the Performance Space

Faciliated by the amazing Casula Powerhouse Public Programs & Education team

Time: walk in and have fun!  Anytime between 11am – 12.30pm, and between 1pm – 2.30pm

Tutti Frutti Hats

Have a celebration on your head by creating a one-of-a-kind basket hat bursting with vibrant tropical fruit.

Carnival Maracas

Be the life of the party and create festive percussion instruments to start your own conga line anywhere, anytime.

Mariachi Puppets

Make a colourful dancing puppet with movable parts to cha-cha-cha alongside you on the dance floor.

AFRICAN DANCE WORKSHOP @ the Performance Space

Facilitated by the extraordinary dancer and choreographer Lucky Lartey

ADULT DRUMMING WORKSHOPS @ the Musical Constructions Tent outdoors

Registration required

Starts at 11am, 12pm, 3pm & 4pm

Afro-Brazilian drumming facilitated by King Parrot Bloco de Samba

Starts at 1pm & 2pm

Drumming with your spirit, promoting self-expression, facilitated by Fernando Andres

SOCCER SKILLS COMPETITION @ next to stalls area, outdoors

Registration for each round is required

Rounds start at 12.30pm, 1.30pm and 2.30pm.  Best of the best final at 3pm.

Prizes up for grabs for each round and final.

Please note that there are no ATMs on Festival site, closest ATMs are located in the Liverpool CBD or Casula Mall.
